New IGC cars coming

With this week’s Need for Speed World patch players will be able to purchase four more cars for in-game cash! These four fantastic cars are:

Lamborghini Murciélago LP 650-4 Roadster $1,800,000– Striking grey and orange color scheme, with an increase in horsepower, the Murcielago LP 650-4 Roadster is so rare, only 50 were produced. Get this rare bull into your garage today!

Plymouth® Road Runner $650,000– Named Motor Trend’s Car of the Year in 1969, the Plymouth Road Runner packs enough punch for any muscle car lover. Inspired by Warner Bros’ Road Runner, this classic would prove to be one of the best of the muscle car era!

Scion tC $550,000– Perfect for the tuner market, the Scion tC raises the bar with sharp styling revisions, not to mention fun to drive performance! This was the first Scion model to enter NFS World, so take it to the next level with accessories and add this tuner to your collection!

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII $650,000– This is truly a good looking car but good looks aren’t the only thing it’s got going for it. Under the hood lies a 2.0 liter engine pumping out 271 horsepower. That in conjunction with a lightweight, aluminum roof panel and other reductions in body weight make this a very quick, very agile car.

And with the addition of new in-game cash cars also comes a retirement; after tomorrow’s patch the following cars will be put back into the garage:

- Chevrolet Camaro ZL1
- Dodge Charger SRT8 Super Bee
- Nissan Skyline GT-R (R32)
- Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X

I have been lucky again they retired the Audi TT last time BMW M3 this time.

With the last patch of 2012 we’ve got a bunch of new features coming to the game but we’re also going to be adding our usual updates like making more cars available for in-game cash!

After the next patch (tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, December 12) you’ll be able to pick up these two beast for in-game cash:

Porsche 959 - A car created by our community, for the community! Modeled by Gampel Svetoslav, Need for Speed World was proud to introduce this vintage Porsche to the game in in honor of our first anniversary!

Bentley Continental Supersports Coupe - The Supersports makes for an aggressive, driver centric car with reduced weight, suspension lowered ride-height and an advanced all-wheel drive system. This is a car created through the continuing desire to reach new limits, so get yours today!

With new cars becoming available for in-game cash a couple cars are always retired. They are below.

In this latest patch (tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, January 8)you’ll be able to pick up the following cars for in-game cash:

BMW M3 GTS - V8 is a reimagining of the base M3 engine, the M3 GT-S goes on a crash diet, stripping 400lbs from its’ curb weight. It also sports exclusive black alloys, fully adjustable suspension, and new aero parts.

Infiniti G35 - With sophisticated luxury and power to match this is a stylish car that can perform in a race. Its 3.5 L V6 VQ35DE engine produces 298 horsepower; that in conjunction with a sports tuned suspension and even weight distribution makes it perfect for drivers who just want to put their foot to the floor!

Subaru Impreza WRX STI - The STi can be found rally racing all over the world, and has won several World Rally Championshipsin the past. This 3rd generation Subaru chose to continue their longstanding use of the Boxer Turbo engine in the Impreza. Power and Performance represent the very essence of this competitive sportscar!

We’ve got a patch coming this week (tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, January 23)and that means that more cars will be available for in-game cash. It also means that some cars will be heading back into the garage for retirement.

After this week’s patch you’ll be able to get the following cars for in-game cash:
