Server Rental

They started preorders for servers. $31.20-62.40/mo I will be getting ours within the month. Poll......answer it.

I say start it out small and get a 16 sloter until we see what the game is like, and see how much usage the server gets. 16 would be enough slots to do the game type where there are 4 teams of 4. If it stays full all the time or we want to raise the slots for some reason, sending the server provider and email to up the slots the next pay period would not be that hard.....

Agreed. How many members on Real Kingz plan on playing BC2 regularly? I could see 16 being enough for starters. Again if we fill it up, we can vote to increase size. BTW, how do we pay the site/admins? Do you guys have a Paypal setup or something? I guess I should read the FAQ's.

we don not have a paypal setup up yet. Since our start over in august Dwayde has been kind enough to spot the cod4 server on his own. I'm not sure there will be much need for that server any longer. The bc2 server will be paid by me for at least a month. lol Hopefully more. If a paypal account needs to be started or you guys want one started I can do that as well.

Only if it makes it easier for members to pay for servers. If we want them running, we have to pay for them. Instead of each member paying the distributor of the servers, they could pay the admin. Easy in, easy pay. But, like all things, it takes cooperation from everyone who wants to play on the servers, to contribute in keeping the servers up and running.

You guys put alot of effort into the COD4 server. Do many ppl still play on it? I prefer that over COD5 and MW2. But, BC2 will be my fix for many months to come.

yea cod4 was our money until MW2 sucked dick and it soured us on the whole line. We went back to bf2 and have been there ever since.

So when does the server come online?

according to gameservers.com our server is live. The ip has changed, it is on the portal page. I'm waiting for gametracker to update so I can have a banner for the server

Hey i'm sure you've told me but what was the IP and or server name?
